Part numbers stamped on assembly from factory may not match the number manufacturer catalog, or be superseded by new. Note this switch is not compatible with cars equipped adjustable headlights there would be a second dimmer wheel next to the interior light.

It was pulled from a sedan, so the rear fog button is covered by false on this assembly. Lightly remove and replace with the button from your previous assembly if you wish to continue use of rear fog light.
